How much time do you waste manually entering data from invoices/receipts sent via WhatsApp?

Clients send most of their invoices, receipts, delivery notes directly via WhatsApp, as photos or PDFs. Then someone has to manually enter the key data into accounting software. Even just 15-30 documents per day per client, with multiple clients it becomes hours a week of repetitive, error-prone work.
